Keeping the lights on during the coronavirus lock down
During the period of lock down, Magnum Utilities transformed its business into an EMERGENCY ONLY call-out operation. All non-essential activities were halted.
85% of the entire business was put into furlough, but we continued to provide high levels of service keeping our clients’ customers and members on supply of gas and electricity.
Magnum is responsible for the support and maintenance of over 1.7 million meter points across the whole of Great Britain. Our team of dedicated field engineers and back-office support staff provided 7-days-a-week support keeping the lights on for hundreds of thousands of families all over the country.
